Truman State University Bands

Truman Bands would love to have you participate in our annual Homecoming Parade! The 2024 Truman State University Homecoming Parade will be Saturday, October 26th, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. Bands participating in the parade will receive a plaque for participation and may attend the football game at 2 p.m. later that day free of charge. Registration will remain open until October 15th at 5:00 p.m. If you have any questions, please contact Dr. Curran Prendergast. 

There will be an option again this year to play in a mass band with a common piece.  Please email Dr. Prendergast (cprend@truman.edu) for more information. New this year is an optional lunch and campus tour for your students!
